Great that's easy then, if it's already in an existing commercial area, you’ve saved yourself a heap of time.

A quick note though - here at Waipa we pride ourselves on good looking commercial areas. Because of this there may be some restrictions on what colours you can paint the exterior of your building. Sounds pedantic but it is a key way we can prevent any unsightly developments popping up!
