Anyone setting up a new food business or changing ownership of an existing business will need to register under the Food Act 2014 before they start selling food.

Why so many rules? These rules and guidelines are a necessity to make sure any food being sold is safe to eat and of absolutely no risk to the health of our communities. The last thing you want people to remember about your business is their dodgy tummy!
