Good thinking. Each business is allowed one portable sign to be placed on the footpath outside. The size of the sign can’t be larger than .9m in height, .9m in width or .7m in depth. 

Your sign can go directly outside your business and although there is no exact spot it needs to go, it needs to be in a place that isn’t in the way of pedestrians and not causing any distraction to passing motorists. There are some other rules as well, so make sure you check them out. 

What is on your sign is up to you but recommend having simple, clear information that is eye-catching for the public walking past. Contact your local sign supplier or designer and they will be able to help you out!
