New accommodation to open in April

27 February, 2017

Kelly Rd Cambridge Lodge is on track to open in April, adding twenty two rooms to the accommodation inventory in Cambridge, as the region continues to experience high demand, especially over special event and high season periods.

Committed to delivering ‘genuine excellence’ and as part of the Waipa Home of Champions, Kelly Rd Cambridge Lodge has set the bar high, in keeping with the high performance standards the region invites and promotes.

Kelly Rd will celebrate the Waipa’s distinguishable high performance culture particularly in sports’ big three – equestrian, cycling and rowing – as well as many others; defined by the inherent regional attitude of being prepared to take the road less travelled toward achieving genuine excellence.

One and two bedroom suites and studio apartments will make up the quality accommodation choice at Kelly Rd and will be set in a safe, sheltered courtyard. Located on great New Zealand scenic touring route ‘the Thermal Explorer Highway’, Kelly Rd is near the Avantidrome, St Peter’s School Cambridge, Te Awa Cycleway and Te Awa Retirement Village (under construction). Located on the corner of Kelly Road and Cambridge road Kelly Rd Cambridge Lodge is within walking distance of Cambridge township as well as being centrally located for day trips within the central North Island.

Each luxurious room will have a super king bed, kitchenettes and reflect a story of its own. Guests will have access to cycle wash down and storage facilities and on-site free parking.

Due for completion in April, Kelly Rd Cambridge Lodge will be ready to welcome their first guests for The World Masters Games (21-30 April 2017). Guests of Kelly Rd will enjoy a stay that is enriching, true and honest, with an environment that boasts a unique and individual strength of character.
